Museo de Ciencias, Caracas (must see)

Museo de Ciencias opened in 1875 and is the richest museum in the city. The building was designed in the Neoclassic style and holds collections from a variety of fields, including archaeology, paleontology, mineralogy, ethnography and others. Apart from being an exhibition venue, the museum is also an educational center where families can come with their children to learn more about natural science.
