Situated at 222 South Main Street in the Central City neighborhood, the building features 459,000 square feet (42,600 square meters) of premium office space. Its design prioritizes energy conservation, evident through its fully automated HVAC system and fiber optic capabilities on all floors. High transparency and low reflectivity exterior glazing enhance natural light while maintaining energy efficiency. The structure’s façade, composed of glass and aluminum, seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with practical functionality.

A noteworthy architectural feature of 222 South Main is its strategic shape, which optimizes views around existing buildings and incorporates a concealed parking garage. The building’s construction involved 6,257 pieces of structural steel and bracing, along with 201 miles (323 km) of wiring, highlighting the engineering complexity behind its development. Crowned with a distinctive 20-foot (6.1 meters) illuminated glass veil, the high-rise adds a dynamic visual element to the city’s skyline, changing colors to mark various occasions throughout the year.
