Abraj Al Lulu is a massive residential development situated in the heart of Manama. The project comprises three towers that are named after precious metals - the Gold Pearl, the Silver Pearl, and the Black Pearl. The towers, constructed by the Al Hamad Contracting Company and designed by three architects - Jafar Tukan, Cowi Al Moayed, and Habib Mudara, are located adjacent to the King Faisal Highway, which provides easy access to many of the city's landmarks such as the Pearl Roundabout, NBB Tower, Bahrain WTC, and the Bahrain Financial Harbor.
The towers are situated on a land area of over 23,230 square meters (250,000 square feet) and dominate the Manama skyline with their impressive height. The Gold Pearl and Silver Pearl towers each have 50 floors, while the Black Pearl tower has 40 floors. The towers provide a panoramic view of the city and the surrounding areas.
