The Art League of Fort Myers was opened in 1956 and since then it has maintained its reputation as one of the most important art studios and galleries in the city. It often hosts exhibits of visual art to promote and support artists from the region. Beside painting and photography exhibitions, the Art League organizes diverse workshops and other similar events. The gallery also has a gift shop, where visitors can choose and buy creations by the featured artists.
