Bahrain Financial Harbour, Manama

Bahrain Financial Harbour is a significant commercial development project situated on the northern shoreline of Manama, the capital city of Bahrain. The project was initiated with a budget of $1.5 billion and encompasses a vast area of 380,000 square meters. It has been designed to offer a comprehensive range of commercial facilities and services to businesses and investors.

The highlight of Bahrain Financial Harbour is its twin towers, Commercial East and Commercial West, which were inaugurated in May 2007. These two towers are currently the tallest completed towers in Bahrain, with 54 floors and a soaring height of 260 meters (853 feet). The towers are designed to offer a perfect blend of modern architecture and cutting-edge technology to meet the evolving needs of the business community.

The Commercial East and Commercial West towers are interconnected by a 25-meter-high sky bridge that offers a panoramic view of the city. The project faced significant delays due to the 2008 financial crisis, and construction was stalled for nearly a decade. However, construction resumed in 2016, and the project was finally completed. The development now includes several other buildings, such as the Harbour Gate and the Harbour Towers residences, that provide premium office space and luxury residential units.

Bahrain Financial Harbour has emerged as a key financial and commercial hub in the region, attracting global investors and businesses.
