Banco Real Cultural Institute, Recife
Banco Real Cultural Institute was built as office space for the London River Plate Bank Ltd. Now it is the headquarters of the Banco Real Cultural Institute and a very popular tourist attraction. Also triangular-shaped, it is a true masterpiece of Beaux Art architecture. Be sure to notice the cylindrical turret facing the Marco Zero plaza. The building houses three galleries, an auditorium, libraries and a panoramic terrace. The exhibitions within the Banco Real Cultural Institute showcase artwork by emerging and well-known Brazilian artists.
