The Centre Bell, formerly referred to as the Molson Centre, is a versatile arena located in Montreal. It was inaugurated on March 16, 1996, following an extensive three-year construction period. Renowned as the home of the Montreal Canadiens, a National Hockey League ice hockey team, the Bell Centre boasts the highest regular capacity among NHL arenas.

Since its establishment in 1996, the Bell Centre has consistently ranked among the busiest arenas worldwide, regularly attracting the largest attendance in Canada. In 2012, it stood as the fifth-busiest arena globally in terms of ticket sales for non-sporting events.

Spanning an impressive area of 1.568 hectares or 3.87 acres (equivalent to 15,680 square meters or 168,778 square feet), the venue accommodates a seating capacity of 21,288, making it the largest hockey arena globally. Additionally, it houses six restaurants.

The Bell Centre serves as the primary destination in Montreal for hosting large-scale entertainment events. Numerous notable artists have graced its stage, including Céline Dion, Stromae, Tina Turner, Elton John, Billy Joel, Shania Twain, Cher, Bon Jovi, Coldplay, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Roger Waters, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Barbra Streisand, Madonna, Metallica, The Rolling Stones, and Aerosmith.
