Choco Story Musee du Chocolat (Choco Story Chocolate Museum), Colmar

Choco-Story Museum Colmar is a gastronomic museum. It provides a history of chocolate while encouraging visitors to create their chocolates and experience chocolate tasting.

The museum features several exhibits with a focus on chocolate. Guests will learn how chocolate was discovered and brought into Europe. They will also see its evolution through time. They will even find an exhibit featuring works of art made from chocolate.

Visitors can take a tour of the chocolate-making factory. They will watch chocolate making process through live demonstrations. They can then attend an optional workshop of approximately 45 minutes, where they will work with dark, white, and milk chocolate alongside a chocolatier. Visitors can add a variety of toppings to create their unique chocolate treat, which they will then take home.

Choco-Story Museum Colmar offers an optional chocolate tasting where visitors can sample all the chocolates made in the factory. They can also add a hot chocolate drink from milk, dark, white, gingerbread, Spanish, or Aztec chocolate.
