This modern complex, opened in 2018, stands on the historical grounds of Hay Market (Targ Sienny) and Crayfish Market (Targ Rakowy). Its establishment has revitalized an area that lies directly opposite the Upland Gate, marking the entrance to the famous Royal Way. Initially named Forum Radunia, the mall pays homage to its heritage.
