Iglesia San Jose (Saint Joseph Church), Asuncion
Saint Joseph Church is a Romanesque-style chapel that was inaugurated in 1934. It remains one of the largest churches in the capital of Paraguay. Saint Joseph, husband of the Virgin Mary, is considered the universal patron of the church. The congregation annually celebrates the birth of the church with a formal ceremony and an art festival.
