Labadi Beach, Accra (must see)

Africa, known for its tropical landscapes and sunny beaches, invites you to a famous beach in Accra, Labadi Beach. More properly known as La Pleasure Beach, it is located within walking distance from Accra Centre and it is the busiest beach on Ghana's coast. The beach boasts a great view of the Gulf and you can feel the breeze of the Atlantic Ocean and touch its waters. It is one of Accra's few beaches and is maintained by the local hotels. On holidays and weekends there are often performances of reggae, hiplife, Playback, and cultural drumming and dancing. An entrance fee to those not staying at the hotels is charged, but the fee is reasonable.
