Little Five Points, Atlanta

Little Five Points, located below Virginia-Highland, is a quirky and unconventional neighborhood that appeals to a wide range of people, including those who embrace tie-dye and piercings. It has been described as Atlanta's version of Haight-Ashbury, a melting pot of sub-cultures, and the Bohemian center of the Southern United States, known for its vibrant street art scene.

The walls and buildings throughout the neighborhood are covered with colorful murals and graffiti, created by local and international artists. The artwork ranges from political statements to abstract designs, and it's constantly changing as new pieces are added and old ones are painted over. Some notable examples of street art in Little Five Points include the large mural of OutKast, the famous Atlanta hip-hop duo, and the "Freedom Tunnel," a former railway tunnel that is now covered in graffiti art.

Other attractions include the Jimmy Carter Library/Carter Presidential Center, which opened in 1986 to showcase the artifacts and documents of the Georgia-born president, as well as the numerous Victorian houses that offer an enjoyable architectural stroll.

Little Five Points is situated at the intersection of Euclid and Moreland avenues and should not be confused with Five Points, which is a major intersection in downtown Atlanta.
