North Lido Beach, Sarasota
Located on the island of Lido Key, North Lido Beach is a popular destination for visitors and locals alike in Sarasota. Its stunning white quartz sand and clear, shallow waters make it a must-visit spot for beach-goers seeking relaxation and natural beauty.
While the beach does offer lifeguard protection at the entrance, the largest part of the beach is without it. However, amenities such as restrooms, showers, and a snack bar can be found at Lido Public Beach, located about a half-mile south of North Lido.
Additionally, North Lido features over a mile of nature trails in a park behind the dunes that lead to New Pass, where visitors can enjoy stunning views of Longboat Key and observe local shorebirds such as ospreys in their natural habitat.
