Park Landscape Alley, Kiev

Landscape Alley is a recreation area, laid along the location of the excavated defensive ramparts of the Upper Town, which ran over the ravine, over the Gonchari tract. It was created in preparation for the celebration of the 1500th anniversary of Kyiv in 1982.

In 2009, at the mall landscape (on the site where it was planned to build high-rises) was equipped with a children's park with benches and large cats. It has fountains in the form of an elephant, zebra heads, a mosaic of a 30-meter centipede, benches in the form of a rabbit, a crow, a cat. The city sculptor Konstantin Skrytutsky was engaged in the improvement of the square, which used to be a wasteland.

In total, about a million hryvnias were spent on the work, with 15% collected by the residents of the surrounding houses, the rest provided by sponsors.
