Phoenix Police Museum, Phoenix

Phoenix Police Museum, Phoenix

The city of Phoenix is well known for having some lovely small museums. This location is part of that grouping. You can visit the institution in around 15 minutes, and be able to enjoy some information about the history of crime in the area, and the story of the Phoenix Police Department.

Don’t let the small size fool you though. The city was incorporated in 1881. A Marshall handled things back then. As the city grew, so did the Police Department. So when you visit this place, you’ll be looking at a comprehensive display of over a hundred years of law enforcement in a place that used to be part of the so called “Wild West.”
