Plaza Tower, also known as First Tennessee Plaza, is the tallest building in Knoxville. Standing at 327 feet, it has 27 floors, with the first 24 floors dedicated to businesses, two mechanical floors, and the top floor serving as the Leconte Club. The tower's glass façade beautifully reflects the surrounding landscape and offers stunning views of the mountains and the Tennessee River.
The Plaza Tower covers an entire city block and provides over 40,000 square meters of office space and a spacious underground parking garage. The front entrance is 4 meters higher than the back entrance, adding to the building's unique design.
