Puente Serrador, Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Puente Serrador is a bridge that spans the ravine de Santos, located near the Market of Our Lady of Africa. Designed by architect José Blasco Robles, the bridge was built in 1943; it was recently reconstructed. It was named in honor of Ricardo Serrador Santes, a general captain of Canaries. At the entrance point of the bridge there are two bronze lions intended to glorify the victories of the general.
