Rio Scenarium, Rio de Janeiro

Rio Scenarium is a nightclub situated in the Bohemian district of Rio. It stands out as the only Brazilian establishment included in the "Top 10" list, offering a remarkable experience of Latin American nightlife, excellent food and beverages, and an exceptional ambiance.

Originally an antique shop and location for film and soap opera productions, Rio Scenarium opened in 1999. It later transitioned into a Brazilian music venue in 2001, restoring its historical role. In the past, it housed the famous Clube Humaitá de Dance, a gafieira operated by retired Navy personnel, featuring a prominent painting honoring Emilinha Borba, the venue's patron saint.

Rio Scenarium, a renowned 19th-century mansion, is famous for its stunning decor filled with antique furniture. It offers seven unique settings on three floors, serving customized drinks and the finest Brazilian cuisine and music. Monthly, they host special musical events, including traditional samba, gafieira, chorinho, and pop music on Saturday feijoadas in the second-floor room.

This unique concert hall, blending elements of an antique exhibition, bar, restaurant, and musical entertainment, has become an iconic symbol of the revitalization of Rua do Lavradio, a street in Rio de Janeiro.
