The Silvestri Vineyards Tasting Room offers tasting flights with a broad variety of wine types to enjoy and has the distinction of being owned by composer Alan Silvestri. Some of the wines include Barbera, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir. Visitors who come on the weekends have access to premium options not offered during the week, which are available on a rating basis.

Visitors love the outdoor seating area and listening to scores that Silvestri has composed for top films. When going to the tasting, visitors can learn more about the wines, as well as Silvestri's career. Part of the discussion about the wines includes the processes involved in their making.

The tastings include at least four wines, giving you a great sampling of what is available. Popular wines sampled include Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir, as well as Shiraz. If you're looking for recommendations about local restaurants, the staff can make great suggestions.
