TheMuseum, formerly known as the Waterloo Regional Children's Museum, is an art and technology museum. Opened in September 2003 after eight years of planning and fundraising, it offers a mix of permanent interactive exhibits and rotating temporary exhibits suitable for all ages.

This museum prides itself on being an experiential destination with unconventional ideas and surprising combinations. It showcases a wide range of art and technology in unique and immersive ways, presenting fresh content from around the world. TheMuseum has hosted exhibits featuring well-known figures and themes, from Andy Warhol to Jane Goodall, Titanic, and STEAM programming.
