Abdullah Hilmi Tunalı, a Turkish politician, held positions in both the Chamber of Deputies and the Grand National Assembly of Turkey during the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd terms. He played a significant role in the Young Turks and Pan-Turkism movements, establishing himself as a prominent politician and statesman of his era.
