Victory Park, Dushanbe
Victory Park was completed in 1985 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The park features an architectural and sculptural memorial complex that includes an eternal flame, an alley of Heroes, and a prominent sculpture of a mother figure.
This site is a popular spot for locals, especially during holidays like Victory Day and Navruz, when the park is adorned with flowers. Notably, a granite slab at the park honors Tajik soldiers who were awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. Victory Park offers some of the best views over the city.
