Kelowna’s Restaurants and Kasugai Gardens, Kelowna, British Columbia
When planning my trip to Kelowna I was more laid back than usual. I’m the type of traveler who likes to plan as much out as possible, and before I even leave for my trip I usually know where I’ll be eating, when I’ll be eating, and how full I will most likely be. This time however, I decided to leave most of the meals to my friend, since she lives in Kelowna and knew where we needed to go.
Our first meal out was at a tiny sushi restaurant in a small strip mall. Not something I would have chosen, but Casey promised delicious sushi so I trusted her. I’m glad I did! The sushi was really good, and well exceeded my expectations!
I fell head over heels in love with this restaurant! So much so that while eating, I Googled to find out if Vancouver had one as well. Thank goodness we do! We ordered the Pachos to start. Lattice style fries seasoned with signature spice, topped with cheddar cheese and green onions. Served with a bowl of Emerald Isle.
I don’t know what was in the Emerald Isle sauce, they would only tell me mustard. I despise mustard. Yet somehow, I kept dipping my pachos back into that sauce! ...... (follow the instructions below for accessing the rest of this article).
